Our A/C unit had 3-4 issues that required 3 different trips to our home in the past week to diagnose and fix what was wrong. All three times the technicians showed up when they said they'd be there..Even on Sunday! Professional, courteous, and truly had our best interest in mind. That's why I call Larcom anytime I have an issue. They get it handled!

One call letting them know my old central had died and they went into action. I get a call from Mrs Vicky for basic information and she took charge. Calling with the details of the warranty and finance information. All I had to do was say yes. The next morning I get a call from the install guys letting me know they were on their way and what they would be doing and the approximate amount of time it would take. I get a call from them a few hours later letting me know that everything went smooth and what would I like the temp set to. I get home to a nice cool house. All this with one phone call. Highly recommend this company.

Always answers phone promptly and always returns call if required. Called at noon for service and had unit repaired by next morning. Wife was home alone. She was very happy with tech's curtious and profesional manner. I have 15 properties for which I only use Danny Larcom Heating and Air. Great service, price and reponse.
